2012 Movie Preview Tonight

Tonight between 10:45 – 11PM EDT, an exclusive 2 Min preview of the disaster movie 2012 will air simultaneously on many tv channels. ABC, CBS, NBC, and many other cable broadcasting networks will air this preview, taking part in the largest broadcasting in the history of television. It is predicted that at least 110 Million will see the preview, a number that surpasses the SUPERBOWL. Below is a trailer. The movie comes out Nov. 13, 2009.

Wii Drops Price, and Special Wii Sports Resort Bundle

After breaking all previous records in videogame console sales, Nintendo has finally decided to drop the price of the Wii. It will not retail at $199.99.

They have also updated their Wii Sports Resort Bundle. It now comes with 2 MOTION PLUS accessories for $59.99. A savings of $10 if bought separately. With these changes, Nintendo is looking to further compete with Microsoft and Sony, both of who have also lowered the prices of their consoles.

Nintendo has also gotten ready a sequel to last years best selling game, Wii Fit for launch this year. It will be called, Wii Fit Plus. I expect Nintendo to have an excellent holiday season.

Zune HD Selling Well

About a week ago Microsoft launched their new Zune product called the Zune HD. People have been interested in the Zune HD ever since it received very favorable reviews from many sites. The sites really liked the way the Zune presented stuff, the  UI (User Interface) is really slick and smooth.

When compared to the Ipod Touch, the Zune HD manages to hold its own. With all these things in its favor, many were wondering if the Zune HD would sell well. Well the waiting is over…the ZUNE HD is selling out in most stores online.

Best Buy has reported backorders, Newegg is sold out, and so are other electronic retailers. Is this the weapon that Microsoft has been waiting on in order to knock off Apple from the top of the MP3 Player list?

New Star Wars Ride Announced for Disney

Below is the video showing the creation of Star Tours II for Disney Theme Parks.

It will replace the Star Tours ride that is currently in MGM studios.

Pirates of the Caribbean 4

Disney held their press conference in which they finally said that indeed Pirates of the Caribbean is coming out!!! It should be hitting theaters in the summer of 2011. What is the title of the 4th film?

 

On stranger tides….hmmm… interesting. Hopefully it’s better than part 3. Surprisingly Disney didn’t talk much about any future projects with their new company under their belt, MARVEL. Maybe they PIXAR will make a superhero movie? Only time will tell.
